• The participants of NPEC 2023 can stay in guest house and hostel of IIT Guwahati. Depending on the availability of the rooms either individual or shared accommodation will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

• Guesthouse rooms are twin sharing [with another delegate of the conference] and the charges for such room are very nominal. More information about guest house accommodation will be provided soon.

• For students: Based on the availability, the student participants may get hostel accommodation FREE for 4 days, from 13-12-2023 to 17-12-2023. The hostel rooms are of single/double occupancy rooms. More details and procedure to apply for accommodation will be provided soon.

• Banks & ATMs:  Canara Bank, SBI and their ATMs are in the basement of Administrative Building.  ICICI Bank is in the IITG Shopping Complex.

• IITG Food court in new SAC building: It has several options such as Subway, Foodie Noodle, Baskin & Robins, Florentine Multi Cuisine restaurant, Ambrosia Bakery and Cake Shop, etc. Link to new SAC building.

• IITG Shopping Complex:  It is located near main entrance gate of the campus. Link to Shopping complex.

• Canteens: Available in each hostel. There is also one canteen near EEE department.

• IITG Viewpoint: You can climb hill top to see bird view of the campus. Link for IITG viewpoint.

If you exit through Faculty School Gate or KV Gate, you can see many small shops outside the campus.
